Ristorante Alpha Asian Sushi

I only gave them 4 stars because they forgot a few of our sushi rolls but since it’s all you can eat we just ordered another roll. We just didn’t want to double order our roll and told it was on the way twice when it just never came. Past that their entire menu was amazing from the sushi to the cooked chicken and soups. The 1/2 of wine was enough for two people and is about 20 euros a head if you get one drink

It’s such a place to dine and just be like a pig eating for several hours. I come here every weekend because their food are of very good quality. The place looks elegant and the staff are attentive. They have really good chef and the sushi are always well presented. You should try the gamberetti with salt because it’s the lit. The variety of sweets and drinks are also good. The location is nice since it is near a bus station and also near the castel ursino.

A new sushi place with a beautiful decoration's, that's about all the positives I can say. Sushi was underwhelming, service was horrible (one girl saved it and was really amazing and sweet). The sushi is underwhelming, bland with overcooked rice. The soy sauce and wasabi were without nearly any taste. We ordered multiple different types of sushi, most of them were either maki, sashimi or California rolls. Maki and sashimi were really bad, you could really see the imperfections there, the bland taste, horrible seaweed and all was crumbling. The California rolls were somewhat passable, but too much cream cheese and fried fish saves everything. The service was especially bad, not the servers, the girls were doing their best( I believe) but I'm talking about the people in kitchen probably. After getting a food that had ingredients that were not on the menu, ingredients that my friend was allergic to, we sent it back. The look and reaction of the staff were everything but proffesional, they were visibly annoyed by us. The same happend when we ordered just one more rolls of sushi, the man audibly grunted in the middle of restaurant and again, really looked annoyed by us. We then waited nearly 30 minutes for 8 pieces of sushi, and it just left really weird feeling in us. It was all you can eat place, so we ate till everyone was satisfied and no one should have the audacity to make you feel bad, ashamed or anything else for that. Overall, the only good thing was the look of the restaurant and the one waitress who really tried her best. Outside of that it was probably the worst sushi I had at a sushi restaurant. If you can, just go somewhere else, there is plenty places around city center where they have much better quality and service than here. Probably 2 stars are generous, but no one stole from us and it was clean, so the basics standard was there.
